Susan has completed comprehensive training on priority senior issues. She has taken the educational initiative to become a professional leader in meeting the key needs and issues concerning mature adults. As President of Sheridan Care, she has an empowered staff that will personally meet with each and every client, and assess each family’s needs.
Vic spent his career as a Human Resources Executive for several Fortune 500 companies. His passion for seniors and people with disabilities led him to leave the corporate world and start Progressive Care Partners, which has now joined with Sheridan Care to serve the desert cities.
Gustavo is a midwest transplant since 2006 hailing from Milwaukee, WI. He joined our team of professionals after providing more than 5 years of in home personal care to people living with Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s and Lewy Body Dementia. Prior to caregiving, he has served our community in management and customer service roles. Gustavo has a great deal of compassion and insight when it comes to matching our skilled caregivers to meet our client’s needs. He also loves expanding our presence through social media and his volunteer activities with his precious service dog Abby. We are thrilled to have him on our team as our Client Care Coordinator.
Melissa started working in the Healthcare field in 2010 and has been involved in working with Seniors in both Residential Group homes and Hospice. She joins our team with extensive experience in management and client care. She has been an advocate for both Seniors and individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Melissa believes it’s important to give a voice to the voiceless. When calling Sheridan Care, you will be greeted by Melissa’s upbeat brilliant personality. She also serves as Recruiter and Staffing Coordinator.
Tyrone has managed small to mid-sized firms for over 30 years. In the office, he supports Client, Caregiver and management relations. He has held several positions pertaining to the well-being of families and individuals in their communities. On a professional level, he has worked with the disabled, broadening accessibility, physically and psychologically. Personally, he has experienced Hospice and Dementia care. Understanding the obstacles that challenge families, Tyrone has actively served on boards and provided volunteer assistance throughout his career. Attracted to the desert life, Tyrone now has been actively volunteering with local agencies and has been contributing his skills to the Sheridan Care team.
